These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Incognito career automation platform ("Service") operated by Nobu Kaizen, a product division of Iboga Ventures LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Incognito is a career automation platform that helps job seekers match their resumes to job descriptions, tailor resumes using AI, generate cover letters, and apply to jobs. The Service includes resume parsing, keyword analysis, match scoring, auto-apply features, and job scanning across multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person may not maintain more than one free account.
The Scout plan provides limited access at no cost, including 5 tailored resumes per month and basic job matching.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active through the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

You retain ownership of all content you upload (resumes, cover letters, profile information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the Service — including sending it to AI providers (Anthropic Claude) for resume tailoring and to auto-apply services (Jobo) for job applications on your behalf. The Service uses AI to tailor resumes, generate cover letters, and prepare interview responses. AI output is based on your input and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it. We do not guarantee that AI-tailored resumes will result in interviews or offers.
The auto-apply feature submits job applications on your behalf through third-party ATS platforms. We do not guarantee successful submission, and some employers may reject automated applications. You are responsible for ensuring your applications comply with each employer's terms and applicable law. We are not responsible for the outcome of any job application.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Anthropic (AI processing), Jobo (auto-apply), Greenhouse, Ashby, and Lever (job scanning). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for their availability or conduct.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may close your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
